Mark Ballou (born October 12, 1971) is an American actor, best known for being the voice of Rotor the Walrus in the animated television series Sonic the Hedgehog in the first season (1993–1994).
The Decepticons have invaded Sonic's world in search of great power, which happens to be the seven Chaos Emeralds. They plan to use them to rule over two dimensions. Sonic & friends join forces with the Autobots to save their worlds and defeat their greatest enemies.
