Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist who currently stars in The Cleveland Show. He is also well known for being the voice of Enclave communications officer and Tartarus in the video games Fallout 2 and Halo 2.
The series follows Sonic and the Freedom Fighters as they got transported into another universe and they aid the Autobots to battle the Decepticons, M.E.C.H., Unicron and other villains.
