After Megatron's death. The unknown forces of Scourge and Unicron have completely resurrected Galvatron, and now, along with the Terrorcons, Predacons, and Decepticons he wants to completely take over the planet earth, if he manages to do everything. He plans to take over the planet Cybertron and destroy it. Noah Diaz, along with his friends, the Autobots, the Maximals and the G.I. Joe Members must team up again to save everything.
