Prowl is the autobot’s police officer. He only cares about the law nothing else is important to him. And he Will kill as many as he needs if they broke the law ( he once beat up bumblebee after he accidentally littered). Prowl’s nemesis is barricade and prowl will do anything do bring him to justice. Prowl is (ironically) killed by barricade after he tried to stop him from killing hot rod. But barricade kills prowl while hot rod escapes
