Arthur Napier Burghardt is an American retired actor, best known for portraying Jack Scott on the soap opera One Life to Live. In animation, he is known for lending his deep bass voice as Devastator in The Transformers, Destro, Stalker and Iceberg in G. I. Joe and Pete in several Disney video games.

In 1997, a young woman named Elizabeth Gonzalez (Belle Mariano) who is living in New York city was in the middle of the conflict when the Decepticons led by Megatron landed on Earth for the Omega Key and she must join with her boyfriend Noah Diaz (Anthony Ramos) and the Autobots led by Optimus Prime and the Maximals led by Optimus Primal to stop the Decepticons from using the Omega Key to awaken Trypticon that will lead the Decepticons to win the Great War in Cybertron.
