Character Description

Sideswipe appears in the opening of the movie. He is with Optimus and Sam in Mexico City. Sideswipe drives away to try and lure Cemetery Wind away from Optimus and Sam. He is presumed dead by the other Auto-Bots but they aren’t sure if he is dead. Leaving his fate ambiguous.
