In an alternate universe, the UGF (United Global Federation) is in an active war against the country of Darmaska, a dictator-lead country that has taken over 45% of the world, ruling it with an iron fist and a hunger for power. To stop this, the collective of countries commission the Revelion Corps. to fight this threat. Though, for 2 years straight, the Revelion Corps. are only able to fight the Darmaskan forces into a stalemate. To shift the tides of war, they initiate Protocol D.O.E (Demigods on Earth) and call for individuals with special powers to fight the threats of Darmaska.
