Andy goes away for camp for the next two weeks, and leaves the toys in the hands of his twin cousins, Minnie and Jinny, a duo of selfish and bratty children who do not break toys, but ruin them by torturing them with makeovers, dress up, painting them, and being annoying little pests. But, to add insult to injury they also bring their pet cat, Jester into the mix, causing more trouble for the toys. Can Woody and the gang get rid of these obnoxious little brats before it's too late, or will the terror twins get their way?
