In this epic toy-scale event, The Evil Emperor Zurg has seized control of all Buzz Lightyear action figures to malfunction and play under his command with help from Stinky Pete. Buzz gets help from a line of other action figures, the side characters from the Buzz Lightyear TV Show to bring them back to normal. Meanwhile, Woody finds another western brand of toys from the 80's. Now the Mega Roundup Gang, The Lightyears, Star Command, along with the rest of the toys fall out in a war against Emperor Zurg and his army, while telling this blind enraged evil robot for the umpteenth and final time... "YOU... ARE.. A... TOYYYYY!!!!!!!!"
