Buzz Lightyear faces off against his greatest challenge yet…being recalled!
Buzz starts malfunctioning (it also causes him to revert to how he was in the first movie and back again, like an on and off switch he can’t control) so he gets sent back to the factory from where he came from to get fixed.
Can Jessie, Woody, and the rest of the gang help find him and get him fixed?
Also, Buzz meets a bunch of other new toys who are either defected, broken, and even lost. He even meets an old foe…Zurg.
