Kincaid was an android that killed the real Marcus Kinkaid, an employee of Alchemax, and took his place to keep an eye on Christian L'Argent on behalf of Alchemax. After L'Argent went mad, Kincaid killed him and was in turn destroyed by Doom.[1].
