Commander Collins was an helicopter pilot who spotted the Beast and Jean Grey moving across the Antarctic wastes.[3] He later accompanied Peter Parker, Warren Worthington, and Tanya Anderssen to the Antarctic and were attacked by Sauron while in flight. Collins survived the attack and radioed for help.[4]
