Metallo is a gigantic high-tech armor that first appeared in Tales of Suspense #16 and was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. Metallo was a giant high-tech armor that was built to withstand radiation. The scientists that created it unknowingly allowed an escaped convict named Mike Fallon to test the armor.[42]
