Filthy Frank is a detestable rough-voiced nerd who lives in a filthy apartment in the realm of Hymietown (New York City). He and his filthy friends commit a lot of disgusting, funny adventures. At the beginning of the movie, Frank challenges mob boss Snake Lord in a match between his snakes and Frank's mice. After the winning of the latter (Frank cheated), Snake Lord runs amok and it starts a big car run witch is resolved with the Omniversal magic of Pink Guy (who, actually, admits of not knowing it very well). Some days later, to win a match of rock-paper-scissors with his friend Prometheus, Pink Guy evokes horrid humanoid overlord Chin-Chin, sentencing the beginning of the end. It will be Frank and his friends' duty to stop "it".
