Baird is the sarcastic technician who rolls his eyes at Cole's enthusiasm and never misses a chance to point out a bad plan. He fights smart, not hard, and survives because he's too annoyed to die. Baird is dry, exhausted, and secretly loyal—the guy who says "don't die, Train" and means it as a prayer.
