Formerly a faction of war, the Utroms were peace-loving aliens that walked around in robot bodies. They have taken refuge on Earth because their planet was destroyed by Krang's betrayal. They were accidentally the source of how Splinter the turtles came to be and have become secret and discreet allies in fighting Krang and Shredder, who proves to be more powerful than even the Utrom can comprehend.
