Rino Romano (born 1 July 1969) is an Italian-Canadian actor and voice actor. Having first appeared in on-screen roles in the 1990s, he became best known for his voice acting in the following decade; he has served as the voice of Batman and Spider-Man in various media. He has also served as the narrator for the Curious George animated franchise.
With his mind-control serum completed, Shredder uses it to infect Slash and Dr. Tyler Rockwell. Under Shredder's control, they kidnap Raphael and infect him as well, intending to use them to kill the turtles and the mutanimals.
