Nicholas "Nick" Beanni (8 July 1879-15 Apr 1912) was a steerage steward on the Titanic. Although initially trying to help the steerage passengers by passing out lifejackets, he becomes afraid of the crowds and locks them behind a gate, and is punched by Tommy after they break through. By the time he wakes up, the ship is in its' final stages of sinking, and he is unable to escape the interior of the ship.
