Neil Archibald Hockley II (1843-1918) is the son of Neil Archibald Hockley I (1808-1877) and the father of Caledon Nathan Hockley (1874-1929). He might be the source of some of Cal's violent behaviors, and had spoiled him rich, even hiring a personal bodyguard. Neil owns a Pittsburgh Steel fortune, HockleySteel™ (also known as HockSteel™). Neil was also a bad husband and bad father, violent to his son and wife. He only appears in flashbacks.
