Miss Edith Corse Evans (21st September 1875 - 15 April 1912) was a First Class Passenger on the RMS Titanic travelling with a group of women Charlotte Appleton, Caroline Brown and Helen Cornell. She gave up a spot in Collapsible Lifeboat D for Mrs. Appleton as she had children waiting at home and Evans didn't. She was one of just four adult females in first class to die, and one of seven total.
