Tintin, an optimistic journalist, his faithful dog Snowy, and the drunk but brave Captain Haddock are dragged into a grand expedition formed by the mentally-challenged Pr. Calculus to find the sunken wreck of the pirate that Haddock's colonial ancestor was a sworn enemy of, Red Rackham.
