Set in the adjacent timeline of my own DCU. In the fallout of James Gordon Jr's massacre of the Rouges, the Streak hasn't been the same, he's been harsher, grumpier, faster. When a disruption in the Speed Force prevents Streak from using his speed properly, he goes into it to find out what is causing the disruption.
