Character Description

A speedster who became the successor to Eobard Thawne as the second Reverse-Flash. He became a speedster in 2016. Barry is not sure who he really is, and figures out that he is from the future, but unlike Thawne, he is only a few years out from the present day. Barry discovers he is the one behind the disruption of the Speed Force, attempting to draw power from it to fuel Thawne's creation, the Negative Speed Force.
