Ethan Stones is a normal thief who lives in 80s and he spend a low kind of existence. One day, after stealing a strange artefact, he is captured from TKPA (Time Keeping and Protecting Agency) and he will be terminated. But a strange sequence of events will give Ethan a second chance.
