Batman and Robin must hunt down a mad scientist who freezes anyone who gets in his way with his ice gun, and a new crime lord who thinks like a rocket scientist and hits like a rampaging bull. Meanwhile Barbra Gordon seeks the help of catwoman to steal documents involving mysterious cases of a virus that causes fungi to grow from humans.
