Harvey will appear in both Nightwing's fear hallucinations and in Batman's. In Nightwing's he'll be a manifestation of his old fear, grief, and anger. However, he'll fade away when Nightwing stops giving in to those feelings, moving on. In Batman's he's both the defense and the prosecution. As prosecutor, Two-Face not only helps the rogues speak their case, he blames Batman for his condition. As defense, he helps Bruce fight back against the rogues, leading the "bad side" to come out less and less. He appears in the epilogue where he catches up with Bruce and Dick, his condition improving.
