Scarecrow is 100% amoral in this film. He experiments on the patients of Arkham, not caring about the side effects, instead focusing on the outcome. He is cold, calculating, and he absolutely REVELS in causing everyone to experience fear, believing it to be the only way of revealing the true self. He plans on detonating a fear toxin bomb that would cover Gotham and Blüdhaven and affect all of its citizens. He will be ultimately foiled by all members of the Batman Family and Batman himself defeats Scarecrow by giving him a taste of his own medicine.
