Out of all the past Rogues that are going to haunt Batman throughout half of the film, the one who is the most reoccurring will be Joker. He will act similarly to how he acts in Arkham Knight, constantly tormenting Batman and really driving home his guilt. When the toxin becomes too much, The Joker and the other Rogues attack Batman in his mind (Dreams of Darkness) and subdue him to hold a trial with Batman's life in the balance, Joker acting as Judge (Trial). Joker appears one last time in the film's final battle when Scarecrow injects Batman with a near lethal dose of Fear Toxin. Batman overcomes the Joker and locks him away in his mind, defeating him once and for all.
