Ok because I ran out of room in Batgirl's bio, Freeze will appear in both Batgirl's hallucinations and Batman's. He appears in Barbara's after she's outed as Batgirl and paralyzed in the nightmare, freezing all of her loved ones. He fades away when Batgirl fights back, using logic like how Freeze has been dead, to make the hallucination fade away. He appears in Batman's nightmare as the only witness in his defense, starting the process of Batman fighting back during the trial.
