OK so as you see in my Burton and Schumacher's Batman Forever and Batman & Robin ideas, Hugo Strange pops up. Here, I replaced Dr. Burton from the Batman Forever we got with Strange as Arkham's chief psychiatrist. Strange has been working in the shadows with Crane as his assistant since the third film, experimenting on Arkham Inmates, trying to turn them into monsters. Crane, however, is tired of working in Strange's shadow and experiments with Fear Toxin, for the first time, on Strange. This causes Strange to go mad with fear and fall out of a window at the Asylum.
