Alfred would be fully recovered from MacGregor's Syndrome by the start of the film, although the Batfamily insist on helping him around the house. When Alfred loses contact with the Batfam when they get infected with fear Toxin, he's the one who informs Catwoman and Robin that they're in trouble and need rescuing. When Bruce begins to recover from his hallucination, Alfred and the others reassure him that he has done more good for Gotham as Batman, than harm.
