Using Fanscription for inspiration again, Shreck's company will be used in place of Ferris Boyle and Gothcorp. However, to mirror how Max Shreck helps Penguin frame Batman in Batman Returns, Chip will use his power and influence to frame Bruce for being the one who caused Freeze's accident and the apparent demise of Nora and shift the blame away from himself. By the end of the film, the deception is revealed thanks to Catwoman. And Chip... well let's just say he'll be frozen in fear
