Hiroshi Abe (born June 22, 1964) is a Japanese model and actor. He began his career as a model, but he successfully made the transition to acting, becoming one of the most regularly visible presences in Japanese media. He is a 1988 graduate of Chuo University.
Chan, a mechanic and car racer, plays a Good Samaritan and helps the police nab Cougar, a dangerous criminal. However, Cougar escapes from prison and kidnaps Chan's sisters to avenge him.
