Rhiannon Crochan was the last Queen of the Crochan Witches, and the one who cursed the Witch Kingdom. In a flashback in Empire of Storms Rhiannon is seen by Aelin Galathynius and Manon Blackbeak, who describe her as a black-haired, blue-eyed beauty wearing a crown of stars. She is said to look exactly like Manon. Rhiannon was a very dedicated and courageous ruler who fought alongside the Crochans in the Witch Wars to protect her people instead of staying on the sidelines. She was also shown to have a cunning and vengeful side when she cursed the Witch Kingdom with her dying breath to deny the Ironteeth her lands.
