Olivia Wilde (born Olivia Jane Cockburn; /ˈkoʊbərn/ KOH-bərn; March 10, 1984) is an American and Irish actress, director and producer. She played Remy "Thirteen" Hadley on the medical-drama television series House (2007–2012). She appeared in the action films Tron: Legacy (2010) and Cowboys & Aliens (2011), the romantic drama film Her (2013), the comedy film The Incredible Burt Wonderstone (2013), and the horror film The Lazarus Effect (2015). She made her Broadway debut playing Julia in 1984 (2017). Wilde made her directorial debut with the teen comedy film Booksmart (2019), which received critical acclaim and won the Independent Spirit Award for Best First Feature. She directed the thriller Don't Worry Darling (2022), which she also starred in. Long ago, the Asgardians waged war against the Dark Elves. Malekith Senior wielded the Aether, threatening to plunge the universe into darkness, but Bor and a young Odin defeated him. Malekith Junior, just a child, escaped, vowing vengeance. In the present, Thor returns to Asgard after a victory, torn between his duties and his love for Jane Foster. Jane, feeling lost, investigates strange portals and is transported to the Aether, which bonds with her, promising power. Meanwhile, Malekith awakens, preparing to reclaim the Aether and bring about the Convergence. Thor brings Jane to Asgard, where Odin warns of the danger she now carries. As tensions rise, the Dark Elves attack, and Frigga is killed by Malekith. Thor, shattered, seeks Loki’s help to stop Malekith. Reluctantly, the brothers unite to protect Asgard. In the final battle, Thor and Loki confront Malekith and Kurse. They prevent the destruction of the realms, but Loki fakes his death and secretly returns, disguised as Odin, to seize the throne. Post Credits: Loki, now ruling in disguise, prepares for the future, setting the stage for further conflict with Thor.
