Mark Stephen Moraghan (born on 27th January 1963) is a British actor, voice actor and singer. He was the last third-person narrator for Thomas & Friends in the UK and the US prior to the series switching to first-person narration by Thomas.
Stanley is a silver tank engine who is working in a North Western Railway, and he wanted to go help with James and Percy, and especially Thomas and Emily.
