Simon Spencer (born 26 June 1959 in Clacton-on-Sea) was the producer and showrunner for Thomas & Friends from 2003 until 2008. He replaced Phil Fehrle when HiT Entertainment began producing the show. He also wrote six episodes for the show and served as a creative producer for The Birthday Express.
Mavis has volunteered for a big day of deliveries and is determined to make the perfect plan to get it done, but when things start to go really worse, Mavis should not remember that wanted to refuses any help or being really useful.
