Mike O'Donnell (born 10th March 1952) is an English composer, songwriter and musician. He was the co-music composer for Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends with Junior Campbell, from its debut in 1984 until 2003. He was also the music composer for TUGS.

When BoCo is not allowed to take part in a discussion at the turntable, he plans to cause an accident with some trucks, but his plans had been failed. He is later is done helping the Diesels and wanted to become a really useful engine.
