George Marshall Cooper Sr. is the late father of Sheldon Cooper, George Cooper Jr., and Missy Cooper and late husband of Mary Cooper. He has been described by Sheldon through most of The Big Bang Theory as an almost-redneck, "Homer Simpson" Texan.
