In 527 AD, a Romano-Thracian nobleman named Justinian has been crowned as Emperor of the Eastern Roman Empire but he has a vision of re-conquering the Western provinces of Rome from the Barbarians however he will not do it alone and he will do it alongside his wife Theodora.
