Norm is a polar bear and the titular main protagonist of the Norm of the North franchise. He is polar bear of many words, Norm’s greatest gripe is simple: there is no room for tourists in the Arctic. But when a maniacal developer Mr. Greene threatens to build luxury condos in his own backyard, Norm does what all normal polar bears would do…he heads to New York City to stop it. With a cast of ragtag lemmings at his side, Norm takes on the big apple, big business and a big identity crisis to save the day. He was also the prince of the Arctic and now crowned king. He was voiced by Rob Schneider in the first film (who also portrayed Deuce Bigalow in his titular films series, Gus Matthews in The Benchwarmers, Stan Minton in Big Stan, Marvin Mange in The Animal, Rob Hilliard in the Grown Ups films, Ramon Lopez Stockburn in The Ridiculous 6, and Nerissa, Bart and Eddie in The Reef films.), Zachary Gordon (who also portrayed Greg Heffley in the Diary of a Wimpy Kid films) as a cub in a uncredited role, and by Andy Toth in the sequels.
