He speaks in an odd and very thick Dutch accent that puts Arnold Schwarzenegger to shame, wears stereotypical Dutch clothing, and, in the scene he appears in, dances wildly to a bizarre parody of "Von Dutch" by Charli XCX. Oh, and he's one of the Rickroll victims, too.
