Vincent Philip D'Onofrio (/dəˈnɒfrioʊ/; born June 30, 1959) is an American actor and filmmaker. He is known for supporting and leading roles in film and television. He has been nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award. His roles include Private Leonard "Gomer Pyle" Lawrence in Full Metal Jacket (1987), Robert E.
