Taron David Egerton (/ˈɛdʒərtən/ EJ-ər-tən; born 10 November 1989) is a Welsh actor and singer. After graduating from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, he performed in stage plays before gaining recognition for his starring role as a spy in the action comedy films Kingsman: The Secret Service (2014) and Kingsman: The Golden Circle (2017). Egerton has starred in several biographical films, portraying military officer Edward Brittain in the drama Testament of Youth (2014), the titular ski-jumper in the sports film Eddie the Eagle (2016), and singer Elton John in the musical Rocketman (2019). The last of these earned him a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor. He also starred as Jimmy Keene in the miniseries Black Bird (2022), for which he was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award, as Henk Rogers in the biopic Tetris (2023), and in the thriller film Carry-On (2024). When Logan gets captured by the I.M.C he's freed by a man who calls himself the Punisher. Logan and the Punisher manage to get off the ship that was sending Logan to I.M.C headquarters and swim to the nearest Island where they end up uncovering a conspiracy that goes back decades about what happened to the last super soldier Steve Rogers. Logan and Punisher now have to use their new knowledge and a map to track down Steve and get him out of whatever trap he's in before I.M.C finds Logan and S.H.I.E.L.D gets hold of the map. The movie ends with them freeing Steve who was a soldier from the 40s who was tested on with the same stuff that Logan was tested on with. They manage to get Steve to New York but are attacked by a mercenary hired by I.M.C to recapture Logan named Wade Wilson. They have a final battle and Logan kills Wade but once they leave its revealed that Wade can't die, and he regenerates all of his limbs.
