A towering, brutal cop on Loeb’s payroll, Flass ambushes Gordon in Halliday Plaza and beats him badly—until a cloaked figure arrives. Flass is all physical menace and cowardly collapse: a bully who only respects power, and who whimpers when he meets something stronger.
