A special agent for the National Security Administration Super-Crimes Division, Scott Hoskins lead a team to apprehend Bullseye. His whole team was killed and Hoskins barely survived, receiving a scar near his eye. When Bullseye collapsed from a seizure, Hoskins captured him. Hoskins was assigned with Marcus Baldry, of the Anti-Terrorism Unit, to question Bullseye about a nuclear device he'd stolen. In the end Hoskins knocked one of Bullseye's teeth loose and Bullseye spit the tooth into Hoskins' skull, killing him.
