Fan Casting Lord Petreigus in Hirago

A dark skeletal tyrant and evil king who claims the Eldritch Prism to become the memory of domination. His appearance and stronghold hint at H.R. Giger's biomechanical dread. He is heavily bent on erasure rather than conquest. His cruel actions include kidnapping Princess Neela and subjecting her to torture. He chillingly reveals the dark prophecy to Hirago. He is seemingly defeated/killed at the end of Part One.
