With the death of Rachel, Percy feels he's somehow responsible. Peter won't talk to him anymore and keeps telling Percy that he should've saved her and their dad, Sarah just gave up her job as a lawyer because of what happened to her sister, and Addison and Peter broke up cause he needed to be alone about Rachel's death. With Peter wanting to take revenge, he goes after Percy and wants to kill him. Percy doesn't want to kill Peter however cause he's his best friend since childhood, and keeps telling him that Rachel's death was not his fault, yet he feels responsible somehow. Wearing the costume of the Vengeance Man one last time, Percy must put a stop to Peter's antics and find the good in Peter yet again.
