While attending his senior year at high school, Percy Dustin has been dealing with different criminals from left to right. With Rachel and Peter, along with John helping on the force, Percy now stands a chance while taking out criminals and no one can stop him. But an old enemy returns: the Sniper. With the Sniper wanting to take out the "filthy scum of NY" as he puts it, he would do anything and go to any lengths to destroy all of them. Percy would have to reason with the Sniper about not killing these criminals. But the Sniper refuses and almost kills Percy while going toe-to-toe with him. Meanwhile, while at school a new girl shows up and eyes Peter as her new crush. With Peter currently dating Addison, he would need Rachel's help to get rid of the new girl and stay with Addison. John is still hunting down the Sniper with the help of the Vengeance Man, but with the Vengeance Man seriously wounded and tired, he goes after the Sniper by himself along with some fellow officers. John takes him down, bringing in the Sniper to jail and putting him behind bars where he belongs.
