Giorgia Whigham (born August 18, 1997) is an American actress. She is best known for her roles as Kat in the first season of 13 Reasons Why, Amy Bendix in the second season of The Punisher, Beth in the third season of Scream, and Blaire in Ted.
An idea for a prestigious sci fi mini series (not particularly original mind you) about a world that cannot die. Scientists, government agents and world leaders are at the epicenter. The idea came from observing the little loved 4th series of Doctor Who spin-off Torchwood, which was called Miracle Day and dealt with a similar premise. My idea has the main character be a cia agent called David Manners.
